Baptism

To have your child baptized, please call the Parish office at 219-872-9196 for an appointment at least 90 days prior to your preferred date of baptism. We also ask that you, the parents, attend a preparation class at least two months prior to your child’s baptism. You must register for the class by calling the parish office.

Confirmation

Confirmation for students takes place in grade eight. For more information and requirements, please call Julia Zerbes in the Religious Education office at 219-872-9196 or email: juliaz@qas.org

Anointing of the Sick

To receive the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick, please call the Parish office at 219-872-9196. Anyone who is seriously ill should receive this Sacrament as soon as possible. In an emergency, please call Fr. David Kime at 219-872-9196.

An Anointing Service takes place each First Friday in January and July.
