QAS Admissions

Welcome to the ”Admission/Enrollment" process for the 2024-2025 school year which officially began FACTS/Ren-Web on March 7, 2024.  As we approach a new school year at Queen of All Saints, we want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for entrusting your child's education to us. At Queens, we are dedicated to fostering a nurturing and faith-filled environment where students can thrive academically, spiritually, and socially.


This year, we are particularly excited to share our plans for continued growth and educational excellence. Our commitment to academic excellence remains paramount. We are implementing several new initiatives to strengthen our foundational skills including new Language Arts and Math initiatives.


We are also committed to providing a safe and modern learning environment. This year, we will be undertaking significant improvements to our school facilities, including: a bathroom and kitchen remodel and an upgrade to our PA system. These advancements require careful investment.


The annual tuition for the upcoming school year will be $7,300 with a $100 enrollment fee per family. We understand that this represents a significant investment, and we appreciate your ongoing support. Your commitment allows us to build a competitive faculty salary to attract and retain top educators, fund the innovative educational programs and resources mentioned above, and continue offering financial aid to ensure our Catholic education remains accessible to deserving families.


Your decision to send your child to Queen of All Saints is a partnership. Through your tuition contribution, you are actively investing in your child's future and the future of our school community. We are confident that together we can provide a truly exceptional educational experience.

2024-2024 TUITION & FEES SCHEDULE


  • Enrollment fee is $100 per family and is not included in the tuition fees. 
  • Enrollment fees will need to be paid in full by July 31, 2024.
  • Tuition Rate includes: costs of books, classroom materials and technology fees.
  • 10 month payment plans begin in August


PRE-KINDERGARTEN 3 & PRE-KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM


  • Pre-Kindergarten 3 Angels: Students must be age 3 by August 1st and toilet trained
  • Pre-Kindergarten Saints: Students must be age 4 by August 1st

FINANCIAL AID AVAILABLE FOR EVERY FAMILY

  • DIOCESAN ASSISTANCE: available through FACTS for Catholic Families in grades K-12
  • SGO AWARDS: students in PK through FACTS Diocesan Assistance.  (based on household size and adjusted gross income)
  • SGO AWARDS: students in K-8 (based on household size and adjusted gross income)
  • INDIANA CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP (grade K-8): based on household size and adjusted gross income)
  • ON MY WAY PK: Includes students in PK & PK3 (please use this link to start that process: https://earlyedconnect.fssa.in.gov/onlineApp/home )
  • QUEEN OF ALL SAINTS PARISH SCHOLARSHIP: This scholarship is offered to every family to help with the rising cost of tuition and student in PK3-8 and is awarded based on financial need.
  • SAINTS IN ACTION $600 SERVICE SCHOLARSHIP : The Saints in Action Service Scholarship requests adults in the family or immediate family (over 18 years of age) to complete 30 hours total of service to the school during the upcoming school year beginning May 1, 2024 and ending April 30, 2025
